Development in Urbana
Five retailers have pre-leased a total of 25,000 square feet at Urbana Village Center, a new shopping center in Urbana, MD, scheduled to break ground this summer.
The 94,000-square-foot center will sit at the intersection of Route 80 and Route 355 in Washington, D.C.'s I-270 Corridor North. JBG Rosenfeld Retail, which is handling leasing at the property, has secured Bank of America; Georgetown Valet, a dry cleaners; Ledo Pizza; The Fractured Prune, a donut shop; and Rite Aid (14,500 square feet) as tenants.
